ADVOCATE!

Always Working to A Recovery Environments (AWARE) — We believe that people in recovery collectively comprise a vast community with unmatched expertise on behavioral healthcare issues and strategies.

This (California) state-wide project, funded by the Federal Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), organizes the voice of people in recovery and their family members to be heard and recognized by policy makers and program managers.
