This is a part time or full time position. The Grant Writer reports to the Director of Program Development and is responsible for lead writing private and public grant applications. Position is responsible for researching funding sources, developing concept papers, writing letters of inquiry, and lead writing all narrative sections of funding applications. Succesful candidates will have a demonstrated history of lead writing grant applications to SAMHSA, HRSA, CDC, OAPP, ADPA or other comparable public funding agency within the last 6 month period. Candidate will have excellent writing skills, be familiar with core elements of successful grant writing, and accustomed to working on several grant application deadlines.
